Rohan Thambrahalli is a seasoned entrepreneur, fintech strategist, and e-commerce innovator, best known as the Founder of Growvana and Rebelution eCommerce. With over a decade of experience operating at the intersection of technology, finance, and global commerce, Rohan has built platforms that unlock scalable growth for brands by combining capital, logistics, and automation.

At Growvana, he leads a fintech commerce platform that helps brands onboard faster and expand their product selection across marketplaces

like Amazon, Walmart, and others. By integrating financial infrastructure and operational tools, Growvana enables vendors to accelerate revenue while minimizing risk. Through Rebelution, Rohan and his team commercialize products at scale by delivering working capital, fulfillment, and marketplace expertise to global brands—especially those navigating cross-border trade and platform entry.

Melonie Carnegie

Melonie Carnegie is the CEO of Rebelution eCommerce, a leading product commercialization platform helping brands break through operational ceilings and scale profitably across digital marketplaces. With over 25 years of leadership across industrial distribution, MRO, and automotive sectors—including tenures at Lennox International, Grainger, and Ford—Melonie brings deep operational rigor and strategic vision to ecommerce acceleration. Under her leadership, Rebelution empowers brands with capital, infrastructure, and execution support to achieve 3–5x growth through a unique partnership model aligned with client success.

Justin McMillan

Justin McMillan, Vice President at Rebelution E-Commerce, is a growth-driven operator with over a decade of leadership across e-commerce, digital advertising, and operational strategy. Renowned for scaling high-performing online brands, Justin brings a rare ability to blend strategic vision with hands-on execution—bridging the gap between customer acquisition and operational excellence. With deep expertise in paid media, conversion optimization, and brand strategy, Justin has consistently unlocked new growth levers for digitally native and market- place-first brands. His operational command spans supply chain optimization, logistics, and systems automation, allowing businesses not just to grow, but to scale profitably and sustainably.

Cody Niles

Cody Niles is the VP of Sourcing and Distribution at Rebelution Ecommerce, bringing over 10 years of experience in ecommerce with a strong foundation in sales, supply chain, and technology. In his current role, Cody manages the dynamic Distribution and Operations Teams, ensuring seamless demand planning and forecasting for 30+ brands and more than 20,000 ASINs across multiple platforms.

He oversees the full spectrum of operations, including pick, pack, and shipping for brands on Amazon, Walmart, Home Depot, Target, and Tractor Supply from Rebelution’s 55,000 square foot warehouse.

Ryan Mulvany

Ryan Mulvany founded Quiverr, an early Amazon agency that drove over $1 billion in sales before being acquired by Advantage Solutions (NASDAQ: ADV). After years collaborating with eComm founders and operators, he met Growvana founder Rohan—and the vision aligned. Today, Ryan helps shape Growvana’s growth direction and evolution. Passionate about leveraging data and technology, Ryan works closely with teams to optimize performance and drive sustainable success, always with an eye on future trends and market shifts.

Aimee Wang

Aimee brings over a decade of leadership spanning real estate distribution, digital advertising, media, and e-commerce operations. After helping a real estate enterprise achieve $100 million in annual growth, she shifted her focus to marketplace strategy—specializing in Amazon and Walmart 1P logistics and compliance. Today, she supports Growvana’s expansion efforts by shaping cross-border onboarding models and operational disciplines that connect China’s strongest brands to the world’s largest retailers, driving scalable execution and sustainable marketplace growth.

Kara Babb

Kara Babb is a leading Amazon Vendor (1P) strategist and ecommerce growth advisor with deep expertise built from both sides of the marketplace. A former Vendor Manager at Amazon, where she oversaw 3,000+ brands, Kara has since led global ecommerce strategies for top consumer brands and now helps companies unlock profitable growth through her consultancy, HighTide Commerce. Known for flipping the power dynamic in vendor negotiations and scaling brands with data-backed strategies, Kara specializes in 3P-to-1P transitions, Amazon profitability turnarounds, and building demand engines through TikTok and performance marketing.

Miles Chen

Miles Chen is the founder of Kudos Networks, a retail consulting platform connecting U.S. retailers with cross-border manufacturers and e-commerce sellers. He holds dual master’s degrees in Finance and Statistics and has extensive experience in U.S. retail operations and international supply chains. Under his leadership, Kudos Networks has become a trusted partner for global brands, facilitating their expansion in warehousing, logistics, and retail onboarding. Miles envisions a future of integrated value chains that enhance cross-border commerce, allowing manufacturers to sell directly to retailers and providing U.S. retailers with unique product assortments. His efforts aim to transform modern commerce, turning borders into growth opportunities.

James Krakowski

James Krakowski is a seasoned business leader with over 26 years of experience in customer-focused business development across the consumer electronics manufacturing and retail industries. He currently leads Samsung’s National Retail Sales division, driving revenue across product lines such as TVs, Audio, Mobile Devices, and more, through key partnerships with Best Buy, Walmart, Amazon, and others. A passionate mentor, he values developing future leaders. James holds a business degree from the University of Central Oklahoma and has completed executive programs at UCLA and the University of Tennessee.

Jason Omenn

Jason is a seasoned entrepreneur, digital media, and eCommerce expert. With over three decades of experience, Jason has a proven track record of launching and scaling technology companies and driving exponential growth for both B2C and B2B companies. Currently, he is responsible for Client Services in Market Performance Group’s Omnichannel group, delivering growth for 175 brands with more than $3B in online sales. Jason also identifies, evaluates, and scales technology partnerships with cutting-edge technology providers in AI, media, operational efficiency, and reporting for MPG.

Edo Sacagiu

Edo Sacagui is a seasoned business and corporate development executive with a robust background in data strategy, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and e-commerce innovation. He has held pivotal roles at leading technology firms, including Similarweb, Pacvue, and Helium 10, where he spearheaded initiatives that bridged data-driven insights with scalable business solutions. Currently, Edo serves as Head of Innovation for The Front Row Group, an e-Commerce accelerator helping brands scale with precision and agility.

Yibo Wang

Yibo Wang brings over 20 years of cross-functional experience across finance, marketing, procurement, and international e-commerce, spanning multiple industries and several S&P 500 companies. He began his career in Mergers & Acquisitions, before transitioning into corporate finance within the steel industry. Yibo later moved into the oil and chemical sector, where he led initiatives in product marketing and global procurement. His career then pivoted to tech and e-commerce, joining Amazon through an internal startup incubator program before transitioning into vendor management on the retail side. He later moved to San Francisco to join Walmart, where he held leadership roles in both first-party (1P) merchandising and third-party (Marketplace) category management.
