This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information across our two core offerings: our capital-backed retail infrastructure and vendor enablement platform, and our AI Agent Suite for marketing operations.

Who We Are

Growvana is a capital-backed retail and AI infrastructure company. We help brands transition from marketplace seller to Vendor Central with greater control, scalability, and performance, and we help brands scale their marketing operations through our AI Agent Suite. We combine technology, capital, data, and industry experience to provide vendor onboarding, automated fulfillment, retail distribution, and AI-powered marketing solutions.

What Information We Collect

We may collect the following information:

• Personal identifiers (name, email, phone number, company)
• Login credentials and user account data
• Payment or billing details (if applicable)
• Behavioral and analytics data on website and platform usage
• API and service access credentials (for connected Amazon and other retail or advertising accounts)
• Marketing and brand data you provide to configure the AI Agent Suite — including brand assets, brand guidelines, campaign content, audience and persona information, and connected marketing platform data (e.g., email service providers, ad platforms, and CRM systems)
• Prompts, inputs, and content you submit to our AI agents, along with the outputs generated

How We Use Your Information

We use collected data to:

• Provide, operate, and improve our services, including both our retail infrastructure platform and AI Agent Suite
• Manage user accounts and access to the Growvana platform
• Configure, train, and operate AI agents against your brand intelligence layer to generate marketing outputs on your behalf
• Communicate with users about updates, service features, or support
• Analyze system and user behavior to enhance functionality
• Ensure compliance with Amazon's Data Protection policies and the terms of other connected platforms

AI Agent Suite and model use. Content you submit to and generate through our AI agents is used to deliver the service to you and to operate your configured agents. We do not use your proprietary brand data, prompts, or generated outputs to train third-party foundation models, and we do not share this content with other customers. Your brand intelligence layer and related assets remain yours.

Sharing Your Data

We do not sell user data. Information may be shared only with:

• Amazon SP-API for the purpose of integrating and operating the Growvana app
• Connected marketing platforms you authorize (e.g., email service providers, advertising platforms, and CRM systems) for the purpose of operating the AI Agent Suite
• Third-party subprocessors, including AI and infrastructure providers used to deliver our services, under strict data protection agreements
• Third-party vendors (e.g., analytics or infrastructure providers) under strict data protection agreements
• Legal authorities if required by law or to protect user safety

Data Deletion Requests

You may request data deletion by emailing us at legal@growvanaus.com. All deletions will be completed within 30 days, except data retained for legal or security purposes.

User Rights

Users can:

• Request access to their data
• Correct or update personal information
• Revoke consent for processing
• Request deletion of stored data
• Request deletion of content submitted to or generated by the AI Agent Suite
