1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Growvana website or platform, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services

Growvana is a capital-backed retail and AI infrastructure company offering services across two areas:

  • Retail infrastructure and vendor enablement — e-commerce enablement tools and operating-partner services for brands selling on platforms like Amazon, Walmart, Target, and other retail channels. Services may include vendor setup and transition, inventory capital, automated fulfillment, marketplace and retail distribution, analytics, and consulting.
  • AI Agent Suite — AI-powered marketing services, including a brand intelligence layer and specialized marketing agents configured to your brand to generate campaign content, creative, and related outputs across marketing channels.

The specific services provided to you are governed by these Terms together with any order form, statement of work, or written agreement between you and Growvana.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Use Growvana services in accordance with all applicable laws
  • Not engage in unauthorized use of the SP-API or violate Amazon's developer policies, or the terms of any other platform you connect through Growvana
  • Ensure you have the necessary rights to any brand assets, content, or data you submit to the AI Agent Suite, and that such materials do not infringe the rights of any third party
  • Not use the AI Agent Suite or its outputs for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful purposes, and comply with the acceptable-use policies of any connected marketing platforms

4. Pricing and Payments

Our pricing model may be fixed, tiered, quote-based, or performance-based (including, for certain retail engagements, a share of GMV created). Any associated service fees will be disclosed before onboarding. For a custom quote, please contact us. Pricing is subject to change with prior notice.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and software on this site are owned by Growvana and protected by intellectual property laws.

AI Agent Suite outputs and brand assets. You retain ownership of the brand assets, data, and materials you submit to the AI Agent Suite. Subject to your payment of applicable fees and your compliance with these Terms, the brand intelligence layer and marketing outputs generated for you through the AI Agent Suite are owned by you and are portable — they are not locked to Growvana or any single platform. Growvana retains all rights in its own platform, agents, models, methodologies, and underlying technology. Given the nature of generative AI, similar or identical outputs may be generated for other users, and Growvana makes no warranty that outputs are unique or that they may be registered or protected as intellectual property.

6. Disclaimer

Growvana is not liable for data losses, service interruptions, or performance issues beyond our control. Use of our services is at your own risk.

AI-generated content. The AI Agent Suite produces content using generative AI, which may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a given use. You are responsible for reviewing, approving, and ensuring the legal and regulatory compliance of any AI-generated content before publishing or otherwise using it. Growvana does not warrant that AI outputs are accurate, non-infringing, or fit for any particular purpose.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if terms are violated or if we believe behavior is unlawful or harmful.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
