With over a decade of experience operating at the intersection of technology, finance, and global commerce, Rohan has built platforms that unlock scalable growth for brands by combining capital, logistics, and automation.

At Growvana, he leads a fintech commerce platform that helps brands onboard faster and expand their product selection across marketplaces

like Amazon, Walmart, and others. By integrating financial infrastructure and operational tools, Growvana enables vendors to accelerate revenue while minimizing risk. Through Rebelution, Rohan and his team commercialize products at scale by delivering working capital, fulfillment, and marketplace expertise to global brands—especially those navigating cross-border trade and platform entry.

Melonie Carnegie

Melonie Carnegie is the CEO of Rebelution eCommerce, a leading product commercialization platform helping brands break through operational ceilings and scale profitably across digital marketplaces. With over 25 years of leadership across industrial distribution, MRO, and automotive sectors—including tenures at Lennox International, Grainger, and Ford—Melonie brings deep operational rigor and strategic vision to ecommerce acceleration. Under her leadership, Rebelution empowers brands with capital, infrastructure, and execution support to achieve 3–5x growth through a unique partnership model aligned with client success.

Justin McMillan

VP, Amazon Business

Justin McMillan, Vice President at Rebelution E-Commerce, is a growth-driven operator with over a decade of leadership across e-commerce, digital advertising, and operational strategy. Renowned for scaling high-performing online brands, Justin brings a rare ability to blend strategic vision with hands-on execution—bridging the gap between customer acquisition and operational excellence. With deep expertise in paid media, conversion optimization, and brand strategy, Justin has consistently unlocked new growth levers for digitally native and market-place-first brands. Cody Niles

VP of Sourcing and Distribution

Cody Niles is the VP of Sourcing and Distribution at Rebelution Ecommerce, bringing over 10 years of experience in ecommerce with a strong foundation in sales, supply chain, and technology. In his current role, Cody manages the dynamic Distribution and Operations Teams, ensuring seamless demand planning and forecasting for 30+ brands and more than 20,000 ASINs across multiple platforms.

He oversees the full spectrum of operations, including pick, pack, and shipping for brands on Amazon, Walmart, Home Depot, Target, and Tractor Supply from Rebelution’s 55,000 square foot warehouse.

Ryan Mulvany

Head of Growth

Ryan Mulvany founded Quiverr, an early Amazon agency that drove over $1 billion in sales before being acquired by Advantage Solutions (NASDAQ: ADV). After years collaborating with eComm founders and operators, he met Growvana founder Rohan—and the vision aligned. Today, Ryan helps shape Growvana’s growth direction and evolution. Passionate about leveraging data and technology, Ryan works closely with teams to optimize performance and drive sustainable success, always with an eye on future trends and market shifts.

Aimee Wang

Aimee brings over a decade of leadership spanning real estate distribution, digital advertising, media, and e-commerce operations. After helping a real estate enterprise achieve $100 million in annual growth, she shifted her focus to marketplace strategy—specializing in Amazon and Walmart 1P logistics and compliance. Today, she supports Growvana’s expansion efforts by shaping cross-border onboarding models and operational disciplines that connect China’s strongest brands to the world’s largest retailers, driving scalable execution and sustainable marketplace growth.
